I live in a beautiful large house in Beachwood,Ohio. We are 2 miles from legacy village and Beachwood Place Mall. We also live within walking distant to the Beachwood city pool,tennis courts, and library.

Two roommates are moving out in February and we are looking for a roommate to move in as soon as March 1st. We are looking to rent out the room upstairs with lots of windows, your own bathroom with a sky light, shower, and bath, and we can also provide furniture. There in a high ceiling with a fan that is great for the summer. The room has wood floors,but we are very considerate and will supply a rug if you would like.
We also expect our roommate to be considerate and keep a clean living area. Friends are welcome to visit as long as the volume level is appropriate. (I am a Spanish Teacher and I get up at 6am often.) However, friends who stay over 10 or more times a month will be asked to pitch in for rent and/or utilities. But, we do like to have fun too and Im looking for a friend and a roommate. So Ill take some pics and Id love to meet or chat with whomever is interested.
