DELAWARE COLLEGE STUDENTS, BEEBE NURSING SCHOOL, DEL TECH STUDENTS OR EMPLOYED WOMAN???

I have a luxury 2800 square foot home in Georgetown. I am looking for a mature responsible woman to rent the upstairs of my house which includes a large furnished bedroom, huge closet, private full bath, furnished office with desk and large furnished bonus room/den which you have to yourself. The rent includes all utilities, Cable TV, high speed internet. You may park your car in the garage. You have full kitchen and laundry room priviledges. I have a large yard, deck and screen porch which you may use. I am quiet. respectful and busy and am looking for the same in my housemate tenant. No smoking inside, drugs, parties or heavy drinking. Occasional glass of wine OK, but absolutely no partying.  No pets allowed. $300 security deposit required as well as first two weeks rent . The rent is $150 per week.
