Its a quite area with plenty of street parking, so If you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front. We have shops nearby and public transportation as well. The location has many perks to me. I am centrally located to everything, 10 minutes to Downtown or out East - depending on traffic of course. The other thing about this area to me happens to be that I am within walking distance to 3 of the best parks in Alabama. One of those being of course, Blount (Shakespeare) Cultural Park.

The room is furnished with queen size bed and dresser. As well as a full bath, non-adjoining, but will be for your own use personally.My new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and bathroom. I also have a private patio area in the backyard that is available for outside smoking, if necessary. Another amenity offered is the use of the washer & dryer - and even a few home cooked meals on occasion. (I like to cook - I just dont do it only for me!)
