i live in a erea where the neighbors are good the private drive way and oneway in and out all all welcome, no bias or prejudice meanies are not wanted not a party place, this is a home for study or quite living. women and men are welcome, no couples, only singles, depending on what sort of animals they may be allowed in the home,please no over doers as far as alcohol drinkers, i do not want problems in the home or out of the home, should be moderate drinkers, or do not apply, smokers outside there are patios and a large backyard, smoke there please.and keep home clean, we have a workout center if you would like to keep your body in shape, we have enternet ready, all now is to have a roommate and much respect. we share the electric, i rarely use the air conditioner, so my elctric bill has been manageable, so if you would like to be roommates we have central air and heat, so if it is to hot or cold you help with the light bill, and basicly that is about all there is just call me and i will fill you in on the programs here, i believe we will make good roomates with respect for one another.
