It's from the 70's, old but solid. It is VERY long, about 35' and has two "tip outs" to make the living room area and bedroom VERY large. Since it's an older model, the tip outs need to be manually pushed out, not electronically. The kitchen area has a double sink, full fridge/freezer and microwave, full stove/oven with 4 burners, lots of cupboard space and I'm including small electronics like toaster and electric can opener. I'm including everything that exhists in the kitchen (and throughout the trailer) such as dishes/silverware, pots and pans, bedding etc. The living room is the first of the 2 tip out areas and is very large. Furniture included in this area is a pull out couch, Swivel/Rocker and small round kitchen table and 2 chairs. This area is carpeted and has a sliding glass door to exit from where we kept our deck. I'll happily include 2 sections of deck with the trailer (about $200 value). Down the hall from the kitchen is a hallway that takes you to the bedroom and passes by the washroom. There is a toilet, counter/sink and shower in the bathroom. The bedroom is very large as well as this is the second tip out room. It easily fits a queen size bed with lots of move able room (and we had a second TV and TV stand in this room). There is an exit from this space as well which consists of a screen door then an exterior door. The trailer has a hot water tank for the 2 sinks and shower, propane for the stove (and I think heating although we never camped in colder weather so didn't use the heating), an air conditioner (that needs fixing) and of course lighting/power from hydro and I'll include the $100 power cord that connects the trailer to the campgrounds power source. The stove and fridge are hydro run as well.
Repairs...Awning supports (bent from weight of rain), small leak near ceiling vent and air conditioner only blows room temp air but not cold air. Nothing else requires repairs and is in good working condition to the very best of my knowledge!
I was asking $4500 for it a few months ago but since then, I've noticed a few repairs required (listed above) and am willing to sell it for $4200. FYI I bought it 5 years ago for $8000 and used it for 3 camping years and it's in almost the same "good" condition it was in at that time!
The camping lifestyle doesn't work for our family right now...so I'd like to see it used by someone who will enjoy it. I'd happily store the trailer on my property until your ready to move it to your locations..
It's open and ready to be viewed, just email me and I'll provide you with the address and you can stop by anytime! Odessa ON (near Kingston)
