RV Must sell

1988 36ft class A Monaco crown royal 454 Chevy chassis road-master runs great and drives great.exterior tan/burgundy, interior is floral and tan/burgundy.fuel type gas 98 gal, fresh water 80 gal, 2 roof ac units the 1 in the back has never worked since we bought it,the 1 in the front very cold and the one on the dash also very cold,am/FM CD stereo, CB radio, power seats and mirrors, couch turns into sleeper and dinette turns into sleeper and full/queen bed, 3 owners only the person we bought it from got it for his dad to live in. cloth interior looks good self contained,some damage in the front windshield at one time water leak. It has no water leaks. 30000 original miles has a bulge on the fiberglass on the driver side it has not changed since we got it. Alloy wheels worth 3,500.00 or more has tow bar leveling jacks, patio awning looks new, passenger side front fan and driver side fan. cruise control and back up camera, power steering power brakes spot light and air horns, day and night shades. new alternator and plug wires and plugs, generate had circuit board fixed it needs new switch must sell for loan amount owed because we bought another one before we sold this one Nade book value is 16,00.00 to 17,000.00 just asking 11,800.00 way below book value for what we owe on the loan any ? call me at 251-769-6280. thank you for looking
