All tires - refrigerator - brakes - shocks - engine battery - cabin water pump - king pins.  This is about $10,000 in wear and tear things you won't have to worry about.

The following items are all additions and/or upgrades:

gel filled cabin batteries - electric brake controller - Henderson quickstop with compressor for dinghy brakes - class IV receiver - rear frame extended - rear air bags added - mesh suncreen for windshied and drivers compartment windows - awning on all windows - awning sunscreens, CB radio 

The coach has 13X3 living room slide, walk around queen bed(sideways), underbed storage, wardrobe and drawes all across back, two nightstands with four drawers in each, cupboards above bed, small wardrobe above nightstands, back up camera, two tvs, microwave, two A/C (ducted), Onan Marquis 550 generator, roof ladder, bath vent, power reversible roof vent,   Stored under cover when not in use  

Kelly Blue book shows this at 35,500 before all of the additions and new equipment.
