The camper has smooth side, good paint, nice stripes, good tires, good glass, 2 roof air units,  super slide out, full basement storage, porch awning,  tow package, rear ladder, back up camera, grass skirt, a Chevy 454, electric steps, leveling jacks, security lights, Onan 5000 generator with 370 hours, spare tire, and a porch light.

Inside Condition: The inside is also in good shape. Up front the camper has 2 nice seats, tilt wheel, cruise control, upper cabinets, a TV, AC, and a back up monitor. Just behind the passenger seat is a Flexsteel swivel chair, coffee table, and the entry door. Behind the drivers seat is the slide out. The slide out has full size couch that makes a bed, a dinette that makes a bed, cabinets, and reading lights. Across from the slide out is the kitchen. The kitchen has a double sink, nice cabinets, Panasonic microwave, Magic Chef gas stove, and Americana refrigerator and freezer. Down the hall way on the right hand side is the bathroom. The bathroom has a nice big shower with a glass surround, a nice sink, medicine cabinet, and a stool. On the left hand side is a closet. The bedroom is in the rear of the camper.
