It's a 1994 trailer with 2 tip outs. It sleeps nine and has a 10'X34' room with fireplace built on to the front of it. It sits on a large camp site up by the main gate at Lakeland Camp Ground in Milton Wisconson. The camp ground has access to Lake Koshkonong. It's a large lake with an average depth of 5'-6'. There is a boat launch and many campers put their own piers in. It's about a two hour drive northwest of Chicago up Interstate 90, ten miles past the Janesville Wisconson exit. Included is an 8'X10' wood shed, and a club car golf cart. All the appliances, furniture, dishes, pots and pans, and eating utensils are included as part of the trailer. All you have to do is open the door and you're camping. There is a cul-de-sac behind the trailer with plenty of parking. The camping fee for 2014 is included in the price.
