06' Forest River Salem LA Travel Trailer- 2 slides w/bunks

We have for sale a 2006 Forest River Salem LA, 312BHBS. This model has 2 slides. One slide is a super slide that contains the sofa and the dinette and the other is in the bunkroom. This is a very spacious design great for families!! Large bathroom w/ 3/4 tub/shower combo, with a skylight above shower and a vent fan. Large wardrobe area and large pantry. 3 burner stove w/oven. Microwave/vent hood combo.Carbon Monoxide detector. Ducted A/C and ducted furnace. LOTS of storage space. TV hook ups in living room and in both bedrooms. TV/Antenna booster. This trailer was moved 20miles from dealer to a fixed campground site, located in Marengo, IL. It has never been moved! Tires are brand new!! Non-smoker, very clean!! I have checked NADA, retail on average condition, is $23,000. I have also checked other private party sellers and they are averaging $19,000 -$20,000. I am asking $17,900 but I will talk.
