BRAND NEW '06 Gulf Stream Cavalier FEMA Camper Travel Trailer.
Never been used! Government surplus. First ones brought into Canada!
The trailer is 32 feet long and it has electric brakes. It runs on electric hook up, propane, or battery.
There is a private bedroom in the front with a queen bed and a closet. There is a sofa that makes into a double bed and the kitchen table makes into a bed also. There are two bunk beds in the rear. It will sleep 8 people comfortably. It has one large cabinet in the kitchen and several small ones throughout. It has central A/C and heating.
There is a full size commonde in the bath and a sink and standup shower. There is a full size refrigerator, 3 burner gas stove with oven and a microwave with a double sink. It has 4 brand new tires and is ready for travel.

It is a park model which means that there is no holding tanks, however most parks are now equipped with utilties or the tanks can be purchased at any camper dealer or online.
