Outside of trailer could use a coat of paint but the insides are in pretty good shape. Everything works great. A/C, heater, refrigerator, microwave oven, regular oven with stove, overhead vent fan, TV, stereo, bathroom with shower, sink, outside shower, two bench seats can have table tops or convert into two beds and bed above the back. new tires. comes with heavy duty hitch with sway bars. Also has a honda 3500 generator that starts first time. No tears in bench cushions. easily sleeps six. A/C works great. No roof leaks. Clean title and registration is good until September.
