Sales People Needed

Sales Reps. Needed Title: In Home Sales

Pay: $450/week when equipment is shown 15 times with 0 sales or the commission of sales (the greater of the two),
also a $1000 sign-on bonus after 90 days

Location: Swanzey, NH

Reports to: Department Personnel Manager/Distributor

Job Requirements: Traveling to set appointments demonstrating the equipment
with enthusiasm and integrity then proceed to acquire an ultimate goal of selling the equipment
with respect and honesty. Acquire references from demonstrated customer to give to telemarketers
in office for more appointments.

Responsibilities:

* Present and sell company equipment to potential customers.
* Attend morning meetings.
* fill out paperwork of sales and bring to morning meetings.
* Identify and resolve customer concerns.
* Provide a timely feedback regarding performance.
* Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they
are implemented within your daily conduct.
* Participate in sales rallies and other supportive trainings.
* Build a customer relationship

* Demonstrate personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits.
* Demonstrate ability to interact and work as a team player.



Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

* Sales skills a plus but not necessary.
* Ability to follow verbal directions filling out paperwork.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Willingness to travel and work as a team.
* Ability to communicate with a diverse external and internal customer base.



Physical Demands and Work Environment:

* Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, stand, kneel, and walk for extended periods of time.
* Travel throughout the year in a variety of weather conditions.
