Sales Manager Needed
The Bauman Group, www.bauman.com , provides companies with sales support for new product launches and seasonal campaigns. One of our customers would like to run a seasonal campaign for their home cleaning devices in Circle Centre Mall from November 1, 2009 through January 15, 2010 and we are searching for a reliable project manager for this campaign.
The overall goals of the program are product demonstration, sales and lead generation while increasing brand awareness.
Your Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Hire, schedule and manage a sales team which includes you as the PM
• Demonstrate and sell displayed products
• Inventory Control/Security/POS management
• Daily Reporting
• Provide additional on-site training
• Revenue management and banking functions
• Staff evaluations and upgrades if warranted
• Ensure that Bauman rules of operation are adhered to
Job Requirements:
• Knowledge and experience in the promotional marketing industry
• Ability to work 40 hours + per week including weekends
• Previous experience in a management position
• Retail/Sales experience
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate with customers, staff, the client and Bauman management
