Cosmetics’ company is looking for a full time sales leader. Must be highly motivated and customer focused with a desire to be successful. The primary function of a sales leader is to guide customers through the sales process while representing the Company and its products with honesty and integrity. This person will provide solutions via need-based selling. He/she will communicate with prospects and customers via phone, webcam and face-to-face meetings. This is a B2B focus.
The reach of the company is international. This position has 6 figure potential for the right candidate.

• Demonstrated sales aptitude
• Develop a targeted sales plan and process
• Ability to identify sales prospects, deliver sales presentations, close sales and handle necessary follow up
• Self confident with the ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Strong interpersonal/customer service skills
• Proven analytical and problem solving skills
• Bilingual a plus but not required.
• High technology understanding of internet and electronic commerce as well as comfortable using Skype.
