Cerritos based organization has a need for a highly skilled and qualified Sr. Sales Executive/Business Development.The ideal candidate will have staffing industry experience with a proven sales track record. Primary responsibility will be to develop, build business and expand companies brand awareness.
The preferred Sr. Sales Executive/Business Development will require the following:
The ability to identify primary decision makers.
Daily effective cold calling via phone to recognize where there is new business opportunities.
Develop an understanding of clients/prospects organizational processes, resulting in development a strong relationship to increase revenues.
Meet and exceed assigned sales objectives and required quotas.
Research and compile data of prospective customers for use as sales leads, utilize such tools as: industry ads, business directories, Internet sites, and additional sources as needed.
Works hand in hand with corporate, customer service and operations to ensure growth and client satisfaction.
We are looking for a top notch sales executive with prior staffing industry or industry related experience. A professional with high standards in performance.
Must have strong new business development experience.
Able to worked in a fast pace, high quota driven sales entertainment environment.
Have prior proven sales success in all sales related functions.
3-5 years of direct sales experience in a competitive environment.
Associate's Degree a must.
Excellent communication skills.
