Consulting Gym Manager

Purpose:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, driven and attention to detail Consulting Gym Manager to join our team. The Consulting Gym Manager must be dynamic, customer focused individual who will promote and oversee the daily operations of the gym.

The ideal candidate is experienced in sales and business management. Candidate must be detail oriented, able to multi-task and have excellent interpersonal skills to work with current members and prospective clients. Candidate needs to be able to work non-standard hours, including weekends and non-negotiable execution of our standards of operation.

• Campaign Management via Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Blogs, etc.)
• Manage leads through the full sales cycle from introductory calls to closing deals
• Customer Retention
• Customer Acquisition
• Management and Operation

• Administrative Duties
• Leadership Skills

Education/Skills/Experience Required:

• Minimum age 21
• Minimum of High School Diploma ( some College preferred)

• Demonstrated success in a retail sales environment
• Ability to work independently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ablity to multi-task and follow up
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
