Located in St. Louis, MO, this Sales Associate will work independently with support from our staff at the Kansas City, MO headquarters. We are a national driver placement agency that places Class A and B licensed drivers with companies either as direct hires or temp to perm. Driver placement positions vary from local, regional, over the road, to recovery and drive away. We are looking to continue our aggressive strategy of growth and seek an experienced staffing salesperson for the St. Louis market.

We are looking for a Sales Associate to concentrate on finding quality companies for our growing client base and building relationships with his or her customers. If you are looking for a true career opportunity, Driver Staff is for you.

Driver Staff offers client based commission with no cap.

Requirements

Responsibilities:
- Utilize sales skills to identify potential clients, develop relationships and build trust and confidence with clients. Must be willing to use multiple sources, including internet, referrals, direct mail, tradeshows, conferences, etc.
- Ideally, the candidate will be familiar with the staffing industry and will want to work with a firm that gives them a competitive advantage.
- We are seeking an individual who is looking to grow their own income through hard work and an excellent compensation plan.

Requirements:
- Some sales experience required. Proven track record in sales and familiarity with the trucking industry a plus.
- Self starter with positive disposition.
- Excellent written, oral communication and time management skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Report on sales prospecting activities as requested.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Public relations ability, interpersonal skills and professional manner.
