Our main client is the Worldwide Nightclub Community and we are bringing that community to your PC and Mobile Device "live" in 2008! Position Scope/Overview: The Entertainment Media Executive (EME) is responsible for all promotions implementation and execution in their designated market. The Entertainment Media Executive (EME) is also responsible for all local sales and support recruitment. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES, but are not limited to nightclubs and events contracting and support. You shall be responsible for your own marketing, sales and recruitment support staff. You shall aggressively pursue advertisement and sponsorships for nightclubs, events and performing artists. You shall conduct onsite membership drives at your nightclub locations while pursuing Clubs Wired corporate program goals and objectives. You shall do this while adhering to all procedures as set forth in the Clubs Wired LLC Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) manual. The Entertainment Media Executive (EME) is responsible for managing 5-12 Advertising/Marketing Associates (AMA), as well as, 15-25 Promotion Reps. In their market. Core Responsibilities: � Oversee daily operations for your designated market of a new onsite/online nightclub-community � Define and re-define your market on an on-going basis and troubleshoot as needed � Complete all program projects and directives as assigned by client and/or management � Ensure market strategies and client goals are being met by (AMA) � Review, guide, critique, and maintain focus of market performance � Thorough knowledge of market and its nightlife characteristics ("the scene") � Act as a liaison between field and corporate offices � Interview and train all Advertising/Marketing Associates (AMA) � Counsel market management in resolving performance problems � Work in conjunction with senior management to ensure disciplinary issues are dealt with fairly and quickly � Guide Advertising/Marketing associates in all recruiting, hiring, and performance management of Promotion Reps � Ensure all Reps are properly trained and evaluated � Direct Advertising/Marketing Associates in all aspects of field marketing activity � Ensure all management and Rep field activity is in compliance with SOP � Assist (AMA) and Nightclub Owners with identification and execution of all market events � Manage relationship with local (AMA) to ensure consistent communication and market growth Clubs Wired LLC 877-398-5400 Only 3 positions available Principals only.
