Position Summary: This position will oversee the day-to-day management of our prototype and production tooling, provide solutions to reduce scrap and develop a set of standards to follow, thus eliminating variability. This in-house design capability is to be used to find lower cost tooling vendors. This position will be expected to perform these tasks independently and could include management of direct reports in the future.
