POSITION DESCRIPTION: This position is within the Snack and Confections Business Unit and is focused on Packaging Development needs for the Gum and Candy Organization. This position is focused on leading margin improvement packaging development initiatives from concept through the feasibility stage. The candidate will be working closely with procurement, finance, operations, business teams, functional partners and packaging suppliers.
