I am a real estate investor. I am in need of an assistant. This is a part time independent contractor position, but if it works out, can grow into a full time, long-term, salaried position with my company. Most of what I need you to do involves talking on the phone to property sellers to find out information about the houses so I can make offers on them, so you MUST be comfortable talking on the phone. I will pay you $3 per script (you should be able to do 15-20 in an hour, but even if you’re a REALLY slow Southern talker, you can make $15+ an hour.......), plus 10% of revenue on all closed deals (our average revenue is $100K). I work from home, so I prefer if you work from your home too (though I'm always available if you need to get out of your house for human contact! and I do expect you to stay in communication with me while you're working- I'm on AIM, Skype, myspace, have 4 phone lines and a bunch of email addresses..... so we should have no trouble keeping in touch :).
