Description:

To provide exceptional service to guests and residents while enforcing Associations Rules and Regulations, informing violators of infractions and reporting to management.

Requirements:

• Ability to maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality standard.
• Must have flexible schedule with ability to work weekends.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Must be willing to work asap
• Ability to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation, (prolonged standing, running, climb stairs at a rapid pace, ability to grasp, lift, and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing 50+/- pounds).
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Must successfully pass a background screening which will include all criminal record checks.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• CPR / AED Certification.
