SECURITY OFFICER POSITION

ROLE

To safeguard persons, property and assets through observation, monitoring and pedestrian/vehicle patrol of vacant/undeveloped lots, retail, industrial and commercial complexes.

DUTIES

• Conduct interior and/or exterior perimeter Inspections and Patrol
• Investigate activated alarms, onsite disturbances and other unlawful or prohibited activity; contact local authorities/first responders i.e., law enforcement, firefighters as needed
• Monitor and Verify Identity, Access, Capacity and Acitivities of Employees, Visitors, Vendors, providing Escort Service and Information as needed
• Report and Record unusual activities and occurrences; faulty or unsecured equipment and areas

REQUIREMENTS

·        Clean, Current DMV Printout

·        Current, Valid Guard Card & Training Certificates

·        Current, Valid Driver’s License

·        H.S. Diploma/GED

·        Reliable Transportation

·        Successfully pass background check

         Minimum 2 years recent guard service experience
