I am a Licensed Practical Nurse with 13 years experience, I live in the Charleston area and am currently seeking a personal care client to provide exceptional one on one care for. I will accept any type of client. I can provide all types of care ranging from companion services to skilled care including infusion therapies (IV) , respiratory therapies (oxygen, nebulizers, CPAP, BiPAP, pulmonary training), wound care ( advanced stage wounds and simple surgical care), medication management (adminstration of all forms of meds, client teaching, and pharmacy assistance), enteral fed clients (feeding tube) and diabetic management, incontient care and management, alzheimers and dementia care, and ventilator dependant clients. I will provide my credentials, references, drug screen, and back ground check upon request. I have reliable transportation and accept clients of all ages and situation. I can do full time, part time, and respite care my hours are very flexable, and a plan of care will be developed to fit each client and their loved ones needs.
