hello there, my name is oscar.
during many years i've worked in remodeling construction along with my crew. we can do just about anything. including installing, hanging, mudding, sanding, and painting drywall. i also have en electrician with me. if you desire a switch, power outlet, can lights,etc. it can be done. we can also install phone jacks or cable jacks. bathroom jobs is also one of our best work. whether if it's tiles that you want or want new flooring. with putting ceramic tiles, we install super moisture cement boards (durock or hardiebacker). if you have a wall that's simply in the way? we can throw down that wall and re-frame. we, usually, put fiberglass insulation in between new frame or old, to retain heat, prevent cold from entering, and to reduce noise from room to room. if you have ideas of remodeling your home different from anything stated, then by all means feel free to ask. we always keep in mind our clients' preferences. we charge by the job and not the hour and are reasonable with prices. you may contact me at 312-351-2170 or simply reply @ ojimenez89@yahoo.com. thank you for your time and hope to hear from you.
