Selling a very nice,home fitness system,made by "Weider"and it is called the "Crossbow" gym.It is just like the famous "Bowflex",which works on resistence,not weights.It is a completely self-contained system,that is portable,and be placed almost anywhere! Doesn't need to be fastened down,it's on wheels,with bench,and rods,which are of different resistances.Has all cables,and shows many different exercises that can be done,right on the machine itself.This machine costs around $500.00---but I'm in need of cash,so am selling for only $95.00 CASH!!!You will need a small pickup or trailer to haul,it's not heavy,just tall.A nice system!
