We have a indoor mall in Reedsport Oregon, on the central coast. A few years ago we bought this imagining a series of linked ebay stores. There are 14 units each with its own utility meter. Having been on ebay for 10 years myself, with a feedback of 14,000 its not such a crazy idea. Rentals any where else are pretty high, but at the Mid Coast Mall, we have units from $200. per month. Check out the website link, you can do an ebay store mail order and walk-in retail from this location. Housing is reasonable and the Landscape is GREEN! There is a Fed-X business inside the building, the Post Office is across the street with no lines. If you have kids, the city library is directly behind our building. Across the side street is the Police Station and Sand Dunes National Recreation Area & State Beaches are 5 miles away. It is a ATV paradise with Dunes National Recreation Area a few miles away! I am building an ebay store for a client now and as a tenant, that kind of advise is Free! The building has only a few units open, most now, are antiques and ART at the moment. The You Tube pictures were from our purchase date when the building was empty.
