Hello!
I am a 22 year old student in need of a job! Let me tell yo a little about me...

I am currently a student a Barry University. This coming year I will be finishing up my Bachelors degree in Psychology. In my career as a student I have tried to concentrate on the children and family aspects of psychology since I hope to have a career in the child and family social services.

I have 8+ yrs. experience with babysitting children ages newborn to 15. I had my first nanny job 4 years ago taking care of 2 boys aged 3 and 4. I was then a live-in nanny taking care of a 7 year old girl and 15 year old boy, helping them with their homework, doing housework, taking them to and from school, cooking family meals, etc. I was also nanny for a family who started out with a 3 year old girl and who were blessed with twins shortly after! My duties included keeping the 3 year old busy and performing the daily tasks that accompany babies.

I have also worked for a non profit organization which housed mentally/physically disabled children and teenagers within the Department of Social Services system. There, I worked as a residential instructor and my duties included, planning activities, making daily schedules, helping the residence perform everyday tasks, etc.

Working with children is my passion. Since I was a little girl and wanted to be a teacher, I couldn't think of a more fulfilling job than working with children. Until I get my degree and can help children in need, I love being a nanny!
