1994 Toyota 4runner sr5

I have a 94 4runner sr5 4x4. It has a 3.0 v6, it is automatic, carpet interior with 125,000 miles. The car runs very strong, and has many new parts. I just replaced the air intake with a K&N ram air intake, new starter, new u joints, new battery, new muffler, added fog lights, replaced all the speakers, and replaced the tape player with a kenwood head unit, black rims, and new tires. The car does have two problems though. It has an oil leak from the head gasket, wich I have got an estimate on it for $320, and in 4Runners the rear window slides down, and that motor is burnt wich is $60 for the motor and then labor. The blue book value is $4,300 so I think this is fair. I need this car gone soon, because I have to pay for school, so I am open negotiate.
