2004 Chevrolet Surburban

We just purchased a bigger van to accommodate for a growing day care business, and now we MUST SELL our 2004 Suburban. This is a great vehicle, Clear title, never been in an accident. It has had all of its regular maintenance and oil changes. It comes from a smoke free and pet free home. It has Ice Cold AC, tinted windows, Drivers side automatic seats, keyless entry. This is a 9 passenger suburban all of the seats in the back fold down flat like a truck bed for hauling.
The interior looks great, the dashboard paint is beginning to peel. We have repainted it and it looks ok but you can tell is still peeling; I guess that is Houston heat for you.
But over all VERY CLEAN.
Mechanical condition: This is a 2 wheel drive with a tow option. The front drivers side tire seems to loose air. All 4 tires are otherwise in good condition with plenty of wear left in them. The glove compartment needs a new spring; because sometimes it buzzes. Other then the little buzz, the lack of spring is not a problem, it still opens and closes fine. We just replaced the battery in July so it should have plenty of life in it. The A/C is ice cold! If you e-mail me I can send you as many pictures as you would like!
