Hello My name is Joshua Brown. I am a 26 year old Indianapolis based computer specialist. My fascination for electronics began at a very early age, with me taking apart video game systems and our home PC. I am fluent with all things Tech: any computer troubles including Viruses and how to remove them, computer clean/tune up, home and small business networking, Home security, cable management, and so much more. To offer an individualized one on one service. to make the customer feel that i am doing everything i can in a timely fashion; for their convenience. After i complete a service for a customer, I offer them the option to all me to log into their home computer, from my office or mobile phone, to remotely fix any technical issues going on in their computer.​

My ultimate goal is to ensure customer satisfaction. To make you the customers feel that they were treated above and beyond the call of duty! I want to build a name for myself that brings to mind dependability, quality, and craftsmanship.​
