I earned my Master’s Certificate in Internet Marketing, which I used to independently work with clients to optimize their websites for search engines (SEO), as well as to created, updated and maintain websites. I have also utilized social media to drive viewers to clients’ online content, also have created online affiliate marketing strategies to help my clients monetize their web content.
In addition, I am currently perusing a Master’s Certificate in Search Engine Marketing & Usability, which governs fair online practices and contract requirements based on the Federal Trade Commission and other online governing associations’ guidelines and rules. I will also be working toward a final Master’s Certificate in Advanced Interactive Marketing & Measurement, which will give me the skills to measure ROI for online marketing campaigns and all online traffic analysis of various web content.
I have over 15 years of sales, marketing, customer service and office management experience. I have assisted in creating call centers, managing databases, processing and inputting payrolls, recruiting, training, and contract negotiations. I was one of the founders and Operations Manager of the Mergers, Acquisitions and Funding wing for a $250 million annually grossing management consulting firm. My duties involved business valuation sales, marketing management, customer service, A/R, A/P and financial auditing, client liaison, collections, and a myriad of office, sales and customer service functions. I also was a manager and assistant director for the firm’s national call center.
