My name is David and I worked for Apple Retail for over 7 years! Most of my time being a Genius and then ultimately being the LEAD Genius in charge of, and overseeing the other Geniuses.
I decided to leave Apple to pursue my passion on a whole different level. Most people need help that the Genius bar just can't provide. I saw this situation quite a bit when working there. Ever take your computer to the Apple Store and the problem doesn't happen there? Most of the time, that's because the problem is caused by something else in your home environment. A printer, an external hard drive, your network router/modem, etc.
I come to your home or office, away from the stressful environment of the Apple Store, and I work with you in the environment where the problems are occurring. I can help you figure all of that out. It's also nice to have someone to reach out to when you have questions about stuff. I have a lot of time saving tips and tricks that make your life easier and improve your workflow.
