Our team of account representatives manages specific account responsibilities allowing for a very personalized, dedicated, level of customer service.

Service :

Our onsite repair facility in conjunction with our $1,000,000.00 + rental inventory insures that customer will never be without their equipment. AVA provides valued clientele with a “live operator” emergency hotline, which is operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our mission is to relieve our customers of the fears and frustrations commonly associates with a rapidly changing, highly sophisticated, technical environment. Regardless of the need, large or small, AVA provides “state of the art” equipment and technical support at a moment’s notice. We can audio or videotape your event, edit, duplicate and package your recording for archiving and distribution to your employees or customers. AVA is also contracted by several major hotels and corporations throughout the USA and to supply full time audiovisual support within their properties.
