SharePoint Lead

A Detroit, MI technology firm is seeking an experienced resource to develop and grow a SharePoint consulting practice. The candidate will be responsible for SharePoint solution project delivery. He or she will also play a lead role in the marketing and selling of SharePoint services and must be creative to help customers develop a vision and then implement it with WSS or MOSS.


Requirements
• 2+ years experience in SharePoint design, installation, deployment and maintenance
• 2+ years experience in SharePoint customization including experience with InfoPath and SharePoint workflows
• 3+ years experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• 1+ years of project management experience
• Ability to foster and develop client relationships through excellent client-facing skills, leadership and business insight
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Business



Preferred
• Passed the following Microsoft exams:
o Office SharePoint Server 2007, Configuring (70-630)
o Windows SharePoint Services 3.0, Configuring (70-631)
o Windows SharePoint Services 3.0, Application Development (70-541)
o Office SharePoint Server 2007, Application Development (70-542)
• 1+ years experience with Microsoft CRM
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
