We are a young Copier Dealer looking for a knowledgeble IT Technician to service our wide customer base extending from Long Island to Manhattan as well as New Jersey and Connecticut.

We are currently based in Suffolk County (Ronkonkoma) near the Macarthur Airport.

Description
Answer telephone inquiries and provide basic desktop support for all users. Handle both phone and desk side support for on-site users of Windows suite of products as well as other proprietary software. Knowledge of Windows and basic networking is required. Must have experience with Active Directory and the ability to set up and support peripherals such as copiers, printers, fax machines etc. This position requires good customer service skills and excellent communications skills.
