A local healthcare company is seeking an experienced candidate to provide level 1 and level 2 support for end users on PC and system related problems. This position will be responsible for overseeing the IT help desk, handling PC configuration and troubleshooting as well as remote user access issues. The company also hosts a small server environment which this position will be required to support.
