Position Summary This position is responsible for working on technical issues related to products released to production and in use by customers. This position is primarily involves hardware defect resolution but can also include firmware defect identification and resolution. Product issues can arise from customer use, manufacturing yield, warranty returns, and end of life components replacements. Design activities include product modifications to accommodate end of life component replacements, correction of product defects, changes to gain or maintain regulatory compliance in various countries, product performance improvements, and creating product variants.
