Familiar with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and client-server concepts is essential.

Responsibilities:

· Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Familiar with industry standard practices (including Legacy, Core, and Emerging technologies), business process mapping, and reengineering. Prepares solution options and risk identification. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.

· Assist in deployment and management of end-user tools and platforms. Work with IT and business project teams to understand business and technical requirements and propose solutions. Document and provide knowledge transfer to the rest of the Program Team for all solutions.

· Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Familiar with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and client-server concepts is essential. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a project leader or manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

· Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
