The Manager, Customer Website and Correspondence will be responsible for: (1) developing and implementing the customer website strategy, (2) driving online account penetration and web self-service options, (3) managing web content, (6) building out Ocwen’s email programs, and (7) developing RSS, social media, and other programs.
