Online Supervisor Manages, develops, enhances, monitors and plans the online customer channel, consistent with the Company corporate goals and positions. Oversees and directs the daily work of the online administrator. The online customer channel encompasses the customer portal in HECO.com, mobile applications, specialized customer portals, and future on-line services. Collaborates with the Director of Corporate Communications to ensure that the customer on-line strategy, look and feel are consistent with the overall company website.
