This is a 6 months contract with the possibility of extension. Must have: - Oracle OWB (Oracle Warehouse Builder) experience Details Coding **** 60% - 40% analysis *** The incumbent will work in the service Business Intelligence and Corporate Services team within the Projects. He is responsible for designing, coding, testing and participate in implementations of solutions. It provides the definition and development of application functionality in collaboration with different groups Solutions technology while respecting the standards, processes and standards for developing applications in force at Technology Solutions, Business Intelligence. Key Responsibilities: • Participate in the drafting of deliverables according to the methodology in place; • Participate in impact analysis and functional analysis, propose solutions; • Perform mapping data (Data Mapping) and the profiling data; • Participate in test strategy; • Participate in unit and functional testing; • Make writing code according to the norms and standards; • Prepare the necessary test environments; • Support acceptance testing; • Support the implementation of changes to the data warehouse and Datamarts; • Prepare the operation guide to enable the Team Evolution and Support update supporting documentation; Professional requirements: • Bachelor in Computer Science. Less education combined with relevant experience may be considered; • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the development and evolution of a data warehouse; • Knowledge of modeling star is an asset; • Sense of innovation, creativity, organization, autonomy, adaptability to various technologies; • Demonstrated knowledge of French and English, both spoken and written; • Knowledge of insurance field is an asset; • Ability to learn quickly; • Attention to detail and quality; • Autonomy, teamwork and diplomacy; • Ability marked for research and evaluation; • Ability to deal with ambiguity; Requirements: • Good knowledge of SQL; • OWB knowledge; • Good knowledge of Oracle database; • Knowledge of Oracle Warehouse Builder • Knowledge of TOAD is an asset; • Knowledge of SAS is an asset; • Knowledge functional Unix is an asset; Qualification Rating: • Has Worked at Insurance Industry? • Experience with Oracle databases *. • Oracle database experience (Including PL / SQL, embedded SQL, and Oracle utility experience • Oracle OWB (Oracle Warehouse Builder) • Oracle PL / SQL • Oracle SQL * Loader • PL / SQL language • SQL Plus • SQL Query • Unix (Solaris, AIX, Linux), Windows Server, Database (Oracle, MS SQL, DB2) Please note that this is the most up to date version of job description available at this time – During Client Interview you will receive additional information – variance may apply !
