Top 3 tech skills: Experience in designing complex test cases/test execution/defect tracking BAT / UAT Testing Experience (very nice to have) Has solid SDLC understanding and testing methodologies This resource might be working on a team responsible for one project covering multi applications. Some testing might involve from end to end. Applicants must have at least 3 years of testing experience. Develop and execute test scenarios for functional system integration testing and/or regression test cases for single or multiple platforms. This group performs manual testing and not automated. Develop test cases, scenarios and scripts to ensure quality of applications. Execute tests to ensure results achieve documented goals and objectives.
