Software implementation and support engineer, managing many projects internally and consulting with customers to devise solutions to business processes unique to each customer. Primary Responsibilities: · Deploy HiSoftware solutions in customer environment · Provide problem-solving solutions to issues that may occur with software or hardware. · Ability to communicate and consult with customers and internal team · Device technology and business processes through required solutions · Support customer base · Meet with customers and present HiSoftware solutions. · Some travel required.
