About the Role
- Respond to inquiries pertaining to mobile, broadband and tablet subscriptions
- Execute simple procedures to resolve customer concerns
- Recommend other packages better suited to serve customer needs
- Perform other activities meant to increase customer satisfaction
- Completion of at least 2 years of college without back subjects
- Preferably with 1 year of customer service experience
- Sales experience a plus
- Strong conversational Australian-English communication skills
- Analytical with effective negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Internet savvy
- Ability to establish rapport and can easily collaborate with others
