To add to our team of talented people, we are currently seeking an Associate Trainer for our DNS department in Miami - Florida location.
The responsibilities of this role include:
Develops, plans, coordinates, and administers training and development programs for management and staff designed to meet organizational needs.
Specifically, duties include (but are not limited to):
Confers with management to gain knowledge of specific work situations requiring employees to better understand policies, procedures, regulations, technologies and human relations.
Formulates teaching outline and determines instructional methods such as individual education, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops.li>
Selects or develops teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and resource materials.
Conducts training sessions covering specified areas such as, on-the-job training, use of computers and software, apprenticeship programs, customer service, sales techniques, health and safety practices, public relations, refresher training, promotional development, upgrading, retraining displaced workers, and leadership development.
Tests trainees to measure progress and to evaluate effectiveness of education program(s).
Reports on progress of employees under guidance during training periods.

Requirements
Minimum qualifications to be considered are:
4 year degree from college or university or 2 years of related training
Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
At Least 2-3 Years of Related Experience
Experience with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
