Exciting opportunity for candidates to join a company who designs and manufactures complete systems and precision control solutions for the military, aerospace, industrial machinery, automotive testing and medical equipment industries.
Successful candidates will possess the following demonstrated technical skills:
· Ability to evaluate technical specifications and identify necessary testing, test methodology, fixturing and test equipment.
· Excellent writing and computer skills to effectively create and implement production assembly and test procedures, worksheets, Engineering Instructions, and Customer Acceptance Test Procedures
· Ability to perform a variety of hands-on assembly and test processes on development, production, qualification and repair hardware
· Ability to perform Engineering tests; data reduction and preparation of Engineering reports associated with assigned models
· Ability to assist engineers in diagnosis and evaluation of performance problems and definition of recommended rework and corrective actions
· Ability to provide technical support for internal and external customers and suppliers.
· Ability to provide instruction and assistance to Production Foremen and Technicians in methods of Assembly and Test, use of equipment and instrumentation
· Ability to collect, organize, analyze and present of data to engineering teams, customers, and management.
· Ability to reduce costs and improve efficiency by identifying non-value added efforts and redundant activities and implement validated process improvements
Successful candidates will possess the following knowledge:
· Basic working knowledge of electronic and/or hydraulic circuits
· Understand the application and operation of electronic, mechanical and hydraulic instrumentation.
· A Bachelor�s degree in either mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering technology.

Required Skills / Qualifications: A two-year approved technical degree plus five years of relevant experience; or Bachelor of Science or Technology degree plus two years' relevant experience. Basic working knowledge of electronic and/or hydraulic circuits Understanding of the application and operation of electronic, mechanical and hydraulic instrumentation Must have prior mechanical assembly or technician experience utilizing various handtools as well as testing and troubleshooting experience.
Preffered Skills/Qualifications: Prior experience as a technician within the aircraft industry.
