Computer Trainer’s Wanted |

Summary: The primary responsibility will be to train customers on the proper use of a proprietary software application. Training will be delivered in an instructor led training environment. This position is a short term project beginning in September 2008 and ending in December 2008. Responsibilities: • Desire and ability to learn the proprietary software program and meet company standards for providing excellent training. • Work with co-trainer as a team to deliver training sessions. • Provide feedback by reporting to management on daily outcomes and issues. • Handle the minor glitches that arise when using computers. • Available to work week days and some weekends. Requirements: • Strong interpersonal written and communication skills, including but not limited to; being patient with clients, listening to the client’s questions and concerns, and responding appropriately. • 1 year training experience with adult education. • Moderate to advanced skills using a personal computer. • Must be flexible, adaptive, and creative with the ability to work with diverse customers. • Must be able to travel • Adhere to project schedule, training objectives, meetings, conference calls, etc. Work Environment and Physical Demands: • General office environment; professional appearance and presentation required. • May be required to lift up to 20 pounds. • Drug Free Work Environment and Background Checks are conducted. • To apply for this position, send your resume to kjh@vkgsolutions.com
