New York City Holiday Trip

Join us on December 5, 2009 for our 5th Annual Holiday trip to New York City. This is not a tour guided trip, so you can spend your day shooping, sightseeing, catch a play and dinner or visit family and friends. There will be 2-stops. The first will be on Broadway at Canal Street around 10:00 a.m. with a 1:30 p.m. pickup. The second is on Broadway at 29th Street around 2:00 with a 6:00 p.m. pickup. Again, this is not a tour guided trip; whatever you decide to do, don't miss the second pickup onBroadway at 29th Street. Not responsible for lateness on either end, but will do my best not to leave anyone.

The cost of this trip is $60.00 per ticket and $50.00 for children under 12 yrs. old. Seat(s) can be reserved in advance with a deposit of $35.00 per seat with the balance being due 10 days before the date of the trip. Purchase two or more Adult tickets and receive a $10.00 discount with mention of this ad. Receipts will be given for all purchases and deposits which are non-refundable.

On the bus there will be breakfast sandwiches, pastries, other snacks, coffee, iced tea, juices and plenty of water and fitness drinks. We will conduct a 50/50 raffle and give away a gift bag on the way up and of course there will be movies.

The bus will leave Poly/Westerns' main parking lot at 6:00 a.m. sharp and return 10:00p.m. the same night. This is a 16 hour trip, so a blanket and pillar is advised for a comfortable ride home.
